  1. FreelanceModels.com™ is a public access web site created to host portfolios for models, actors, photographers and agencies. This web site is meant to be used solely as a professional marketing and communication service between models, actors, photographers and agents. Any other use of this web site is strictly prohibited. All client profile content has been provided by the client and is owned by the client; FreelanceModels.com™ makes no claim of ownership to this content. All client profile content is to be used for promotion and presentation purposes only.

  2. FreelanceModels.com™ promises to deliver a forum in which models, photographers and talent agencies can interact in a safe environment. This site is not to be used for the exploitation of our clients. Any actions that are considered exploitative will be pulled immediately from the site, and will be subject to criminal charges.

  3. The FreelanceModels.com™ contains information provided by various individuals and organizations. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXCLUDING WARRNTIES EXPRESSED BY THIS USER AGREEMENT. FREELANCEMODELS.COM™ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS OF THIS SERVICE.

  4. As part of this agreement, the user agrees to not post information that is not of a professional nature or which may breach US Federal, and International Trademark or copyright laws in any manner. The user agrees to be responsible for and indemnify and hold harmless FreelanceModels.com™, its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents and representatives against, any claim arising from any material that the user posts or transmits. FreelanceModels.com™ may review all postings to the site, although it is under no obligation to do so. FreelanceModels.com™ reserves the right to edit, including refuse to post, any material whenever necessary and without notice.

  5. The user agrees to assume all risk when using this site and its services. NEITHER FREELANCEMODELS.COM™ NOR ANY OF ITS REPRESENTATIVES SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES. THE USER HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST FREELANCEMODELS.COM™, ITS REPRESENTATIVES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ITS SERVICES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE WITHIN.

  6. All information posted to the Site is considered as non-confidential and non-proprietary. The user assumes full responsibility for all information posted to the Site and grants FreelanceModels.com™ the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content posted to the Site for any purpose.

  7. All web sites linked to from the personal portfolios on the Web Site will not be subject to review by FreelanceModels.com™. Users that click on these links to outside sites acknowledge that FreelanceModels.com™ is not responsible for the accuracy or content of these links. The user agrees not to post URLs or other Web links in any form, into your personal home page section, or the main portfolio page as links or text, that lead to Adult Sites or Pay Sites. FreelanceModels.com™ reserves the right to remove from its site any references or portfolios containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice.

  8. FreelanceModels.com™ will remove, without notice, any links, or through other methods of exposure, to competing sites at its discretion.

  9. FreelanceModels.com™ is intended to be used as an open community where models, photographers and talent agencies can find referrals for employment in the modeling, photography and fashion industry. Promotion of goods and services not directly related to the modeling, photography and fashion industry is not appropriate to this open community. Portfolios promoting inappropriate goods or services will be subject to termination.

  10. The promotion and/or recruitment of Escorts, Escort services, Professional Companions, (etc.) are contrary to the purposes of FreelanceModels.com™, and will not be tolerated in any fashion. Soliciting for, recruiting, or offering the services of escorts on this site is strictly prohibited. Any portfolios that solicit or promote escort services will be immediately terminated with no refund. This includes (but is not limited to): use of the referral system, hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs promoting escorts and any other activity that FreelanceModels.com™ deems as solicitations, promotions or offers.

  11. Sexually explicit images or content are strictly prohibited from this Site. Sexually explicit images include but are not limited to images of sexual intercourse, states of sexual arousal (erections), or overt sexual positions (noticeably visible or spread genitalia). Users who submit sexually explicit material will have those images removed and their member profile terminated immediately.

  12. Users agree to not improperly link (in order to increase views) to the FreelanceModels.com™ Web Site from other sites, or copy content from FreelanceModels.com™. Inappropriate linking will result in removal from the FreelanceModels.com™ Web Site without notice and may result in legal action.

  13. The information that each user provides to FreelanceModels.com™ is provided voluntarily and is open to the public. This information can be collected by others, who may use this information in unsolicited messages. Each user is responsible for the information provided to FreelanceModels.com™.

  14. This User Agreement and any disputes arising from or related to the services of FreelanceModels.com™ shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the state of Florida. Usage of this Site constitutes an agreement to, but not limited to, the conditions laid out in this User Agreement.

  15. FreelanceModels.com™ should not be used by anyone under the age of 13. If a parent, or guardian, of a model 13 years old or younger posts a portfolio for a minor, then the parent or guardian must enter and approve all information, and supply a current email address and phone number.

  16. FreelanceModels.com™ reserves the right to edit this User Agreement whenever needed and without notice.

  17. Violation of this User Agreement will result in a termination of membership without a refund.
